j-f-snitchy it is just common sense, the law and the reasonable meaning expressed in the phrasology used on this thread. Not the misquote buddy lies but expressing the truth with care for those who can think. I was originally asked by buddy if dirt could vote. I answered as the question was asked dirt could vote 6 or 7 times. That answer provide the broadest set of interpretation that are obviously rational. It would be questionable to say dirt could vote several hundred or thousand times based upon the facts I am aware of. But that is a possibility. But 6 or 7 is obvious.
