Equity Funds report net cash outflows of $4.1 Billion for the week ended 10/16/02 for all sectors; despite a $100 Billion + increase in assets due to market action It may be a good contrarian signal for a continuation of the rally. I would bet that Tech funds had outflows again, just as they did all year---any possibility we are in the mirror image of the early 2000 period? Naz gets under-owned and over-shorted---translation: the path of least resistance is up, at least for a while, imho.
