If this is a pro team chances are that every time they pulled up to shoot the van was situated in such a way that the driver could turn left, right or go straight. In other words, they'd stop in an open space. The most recent shooting makes this scenario sound tougher but it may have been possible even there. In my opinion this has to be a two man team, by the way. The escapes are too clean for one guy and shooting from behind the wheel would be really clumsy. There could even be a third or even fourth guy in the back of the van in case of a shootout.

If these guys have packed up and left town we may never know who they are. There isn't much evidence.
