Excellent article... I can only add that with a spree killer, the adrenalin never stops pumping, the emotional rush of the kill never really subsides... with a serial killer, the physiological state of the killer returns to normal and then when the next killing is planned and carried out, the rush begins again... a mass killer is killing more than three people, I believe three is the number used... this D.C. sniper is a serial mass killer... GZ
