Housing market has finally died here, I think. A couple of months ago a seller wouldn't look at offers
for a week or so in an attempt to bid up the price of the house. A house across the street sold immediately
after the week passed. The seller could chose the best offer.

Another house close to me which is nicer, in my opinion, and it is cheaper does
not have a buyer and it has been on the market for two or three weeks.
