Nobody here is denying that the EU is, for the most part, in economic difficulties. So is the US. So is the rest of the world. If you haven't noticed, we are in the middle of a global recession, LindyBill.

Your question, and inevitably my answer, was re how bad the EU was doing economically vis a vis the US. I said it was doing somewhat better, as seen in the higher EUR to USD.

Please do take the time to understand what a post really means. You think I trust Greenpeace, I never said anything of the sort. You think we say "things are great in the EU", which is incorrect. Please.
