I don't know about that. We got our ramp without money inflows into the market. That is unbelievable.

That can only mean porfolio rebalancing among pension funds..but it could also be individuals slowly shifting money out of profitable bond funds and into stocks; I don't think amgdata can really track when there is movement within a fund family.

New money still heading for bonds
The other thing to note is that all year money has come out of growth funds (especially TECHNOLOGY). That is a whole year of outflows! Even the valuations in larger cap techs are starting to get close to old economy Dow types. Cisco does not even look as bad as it used to relative to old economy names. The key factor may be that tech may now be very underowned, which can only be bullish.

I still believe in the retrace but the near term still favors bulls, imho. Friday should have been a selloff after strong gains; that can only mean lots of shorts out there.
