Neocon, The other side of the story re North Korea. The U.S. did receive a specific benefit from its negotiations with North Korea. North Korea gave up its heavy water reactor which had the potential of producing many more nuclear weapons than the light water reactor. Before conservatives call the deal a foreign policy failure, they should research the facts. Now it appears that North Korea got a great deal of help from Pakistan and China.
