This is really a historical problem that I threw my hands up a few years ago. Each company [bigger ones] have armies of accountants to dream up ways to get around taxes. If it was workable, I'd give up and say that companies no longer have to pay any taxes and just let it flow down to a federal sales tax for the consumer. They pay it in the end anyway through higher prices. It's likely not workable since consumers don't mind giving money to companies to effectively pay corporate taxes. jttmab
