SS, When Clinton faced a pre-emption against North Korea, he listened to Carter and other Doves and took diplomatic action at substantial cost avoiding war. Now North Korea has both Nuclear Weapons and missles capable of reaching Japan, Taiwan and even Alaska. We are hoping the admission is part of a detente they are initiating, but this is at best a hope. Worst case scenario, as a proxy for China - they pressure Taiwan. This escalates to both the Taiwanese and Japanese acquiring nuclear weapons and lets see how peaceful it gets ... Sometimes action is the best course of action.. John
