Obviously if they weren't reprocessing plutonium they wouldn't have any more. There seems to be some sort of trickle-down stupidity campaign running on the Murdoch outlets.

The reason that Kim was able to come up with another nuclear program is the lack inspectors to check what was going on. Why then is Junior stalling the return of inspectgors to Iraq? Is he afraid that they won't find anything and that will make it harder to seize the oil fields for Chevron?
