"I'm concerned that we are not prepared for that, particularly not prepared here inside the United States," Graham said in an interview. What's it going to take to prepare us here in the US? Those who would protect us are amassing weapons, planes, ships outside Iraq. It seems no one is to be held accountable for anything any longer. The Truman days, of "the buck stops here" accountability have been replaced by "let's do better next time, and now let's join in a big group HUG".
