IT's really doesn't take an expert shot to hit something the size of a basket ball at 200 yards, and it appears that his shooting us usually under 100 yards....it does take nerves of steel when you need to escape after the shot.

The kills are due to the explosive nature of the bullet. If he were using a traditional NATO issue round I doubt the body count would be this high. I suspect he is using over the counter soft point or hollow point bullets that due to the high velocity of the round, fragment and rupture vital organs.
