I suspect that there's no button-pushing mastermind in this all-too-real mass crime. Instead, I suspect that locals are quietly clinic-ed on how it's been done for years in Chicago, Philadelphia, S. Dakota, etc., and then given enough "walkin' around" money to grease the wheels. The concept of fair elections and preserving democracy are irritating, as they don't advance the Marxist/Leninist cause. In addition, the crackpot academic theory of Loni Gruineer (among others) that justice dictates that black votes count more than white votes supercharges the promotion of "turnout" scams in low-income black precincts. It's a big story, intentionally under-reported in the left wing media. Perhaps the DOJ, by "shaking the tree", can get a lot of this low-hanging fruit to fall into view. "Participation"...Bullshit!...
