Those documents will never see the light of day. Appeals will go up the ladder to the Supremes, and who do you think will win there?

<<...It appears Cheney has a lot to hide. He consulted only with the discredited Lay for the national energy policy. Clearly that went against the interests of the US. The correlation between the Bush Administration deviousness and Saddam's weapons inspections is ironic, though I Know he won't be allowed any slack and should NOT be. Nor should Cheney...>>

IMO, Cheney is a HUGE LIABILITY for the Bush Administration...His conduct and strong desire to hide things increases the chance that this Administration will face one of 'the big scandals' that John Dean says we could see...Bush should cut Cheney loose and ask him to resign -- yet, Mr. loyalty won't make this kind of tough decision...stay tuned, things could get interesting in the next few months...I hope Judicial Watch is successful with their lawsuit...Cheney should be forced to put his cards on the table and clearly reveal how U.S. energy policy was developed...I doubt Harvey Pitt's S.E.C. will investigate Cheney too aggressively (in relation to his conduct as CEO of the troubled company Hallburton)...And I still believe Bush's Justice Department has treated his good buddy Kenny Boy Lay with kid gloves -- why weren't his ASSets seized (he has not been indicted and has all his illegal profits)...Oh well, he still has to deal with massive class action lawsuits from legal powerhouses like Milberg, Weiss, and Lerach...I hope Kenny Boy gets what he deserves...If anyone has TAKEN ADVANTAGE of the system, he did.
