I don't think she will ever see cuffs. The Justice boys do not want to pillar her because she is a woman. I expect that she will be charged but that a plea deal will be worked out with no jail time. The Bush administration needs women voters and what she probably did isn't that serious compared with the other stuff going on.

I will buy more when she is charged. It should be the point of maximum pessimism for the stock.

Martha just got an SEC Wells letter notice that she is about to be charged in a civil claim of insider trading. CNBC says that if she is convicted, she will be barred from being an officer or director of a public company.

That tells me MSO is going private if she losses. I just hope the premium is good.
