There is much relief in the US about the market's recent snap-back, but far less conviction. Not that the recent rally in stocks is anything less than impressive. During the four-session rally that ended on Tuesday the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 13.3 per cent, its strongest such run in nearly 70 years.
