Hey Scott... Don't you think the real "fool" is the president who signed that treaty and then failed to institute any verification mechanisms?? Isn't it rather "foolish" to "trust, but NOT verify"

And you know that president responsible for this is NOT George W. Bush... Just more garbage that the Bush administration has inherited from the previous one.

So now we have a vastly different political landscape on the Korean peninsula, with the North possessing a much greater "hand" in this political poker game.

And now the only way the US can regain its leverage to create lasting political change in the North and set the stage for reunification will be to arm the South with nuclear weapons, or forever indicate that a nuclear attack against the south will be considered an attack against the US.

And now just visualize someday in the future when a "contained" Saddam Hussein announces the world that he too, possesses nuclear weapons.
