I retired my construction company 3 years ago but all of a sudden I'm getting calls from roofing companies, labor companies, etc. looking for work.</>

Interesting comment

BTW I have gotten 20+ calls from C over the past several months (well not really C but from some silly pyramid spinoff of of C, related to financial planning, sorry but I forgot the name even after all these calls).

The calls were all from different people over the past few months, either as business propositions or financial planning services.

You are asked to go to a seminar.
I went to one.
They brought up charts of the S&P and showed how the AVERAGE rate of return was 10%. Wanted you to refinance your house and pay off loans and take some money out and start buying the S&P.

Of course the guy that got you to do this gets a small piece of the action. Then they offer training (free) so that you can do the same. Next thing you know people are calling all over the place. This is a pyramid plain and simple (but a legal one).

In just the last two days, I got calls from someone at MSDW offering the same service. Yesterday I got one from another place but I do not precicely recall who.

So 3 different places are saturating the market with calls all over the place over finacial planning services centered around mortgage refinancing.

Most of this originates as a "JOB OPENING" some simply as financial planning services.

Rigt now we have a financial planning pyramid that is booming beyond belief but I am not sure how to take advantage.

We can see the results in the ever looser and looser terms on refinancing loans, since the "key" to the entire mess is home refinancing.
