Joe Fizz sounds like a great person to talk to. That was an excellent solution to your shed/lawn mower/chemical storage problem. If wifey and I wasn't expecting the baby next week, I'd take you up on your Stucco repair job. It's not too difficult to fix, just probably tricky to match up the new stuff with the sun faded existing stuff. I'm guessing that the styrofoam insulating board that they put the stucco over, probably melted from the heat from the fire and then maybe caused some bad cracking. Is that right? If you can't find anyone before next summer, I'll bring my trowel and my towel. <g> -ClappioTheSpeedoWearingMason P.S.
