Chris Jensen was Tom Hughes right hand man when it comes to pumping and getting gazillion of ECNC shares as consultant since day one. The SEC ought to look at the background and ask him why he intentionally filed form 144 with a wrong address as a resident of Florida when he in fact lives right here in Cupertino (San Jose, Ca).

Chris Jensen used to file form 144 with an address on 'StevenCreek Boulevard' in Florida. My research came up empty since there is no such address in Florida. A drive by on Stevencreek Blvd in San Jose, CA indicated such address belong to Gold Stake, Inc. and Chris Jensen name came up on my search. Why did he intentionally misleading the SEC when he filed form 144?

I have met Chris Jensen, a slightly chubby man, but very well dress. Base on my preliminary research, Chris Jensen is a slick dude with a questionable background. The question is, why would he sticks his neck out to take over ECNT from Tom Hughes knowing the SEC is watching him every move? Is he an idiot or does he has the same arrogant characters as most crooks do like Tom Hughes, Tony, who think the law do not apply to them?

Just curious!
