IIRC this same press release came out months ago. It's just some jerkoff law firm looking to make a buck. Though I don't care if they screw the brokers, they all deserve each other. Hope both sides lose a lot of money.

I don't doubt the stock can move based on old replayed press releases that on first reading obviously have nothing at all to do with the current company or its prospects - I just think that trading on the basis of press releases like that one is stupid. Whatever effect it does have if any (did this one have any effect? I didn't notice any) will be temporary, and if something fundamental happens, you're stuck out of the stock - unless your eyeballs are glued to the ticker 100% of the time.

Re-tracing to what? From 1.30 to 1.18? With earnings about 3 weeks away and what might just be a slow recovery of the market? Aslo, SBC/Yahoo are on the move and VoDSL is ready to break lose.
Selling here is not a good move to play pennies.
