The housing bubble has burst twice before while I have lived in San Diego so it would not surprise me if it did again one more time.

9,000 apartment units and 1,500 luxury units are coming in the greater downtown area. Me thinks supply is beginning to outpace demand.

Time will tell. If it bursts, I will upgrade so I wait patiently.
