Well, Junior George certainly decided that inspections were not needed regarless of whether there was an indication of Weapons of Mass Destruction, including nuclear weapons. Why? Because they had to send oil to N.Korea. Junior likes oil, he doesn't want to send it places, he wants to take it. At the bottom of his entire foriegn policy is oily greed, not a shred, not a single shred of honest concern for the well being of the country. NOT A SHRED!
