Reports emanating from 'The news'..The United States has disliked the opposition to its bases in Pakistan by the religious parties alliance MMA. The alliance fared well in Pakistan's Oct 10 elections and got majority in two provinces of the Frontier and Balochistan bordering Afghanistan. The American government is concerned about the unprecedented success of an alliance of Islamic parties in last week's general election and opposition to its bases in Pakistan.
