I think we have a little bit more down in bonds and then we start moving up at a more reasonable rate.

Same with Gold, maybe a little more down movement here and then it continues in its triangle consolidation pattern.

And if you think about how quickly bonds dropped this week, now suddenly bond yields are more attractive and they have much less risk than stocks, even if the stocks are paying a dividend.
