Lindy, didn't the USA sign some treaty which they've now 'unsigned'? Unsigning was introduced by the USA. But unsigning, whether called that or not, has got a very long tradition even before the 20th century.

<They agreed in the '92 treaty with South Korea not to enrich Uranium. They agreed in the '94 treaty with us to honor the '92 treaty. So they are on the hook.>

The USA unsigned an ANZUS treaty too.
