There isn't a name Fund that doesn't have that provision. Someone on some thread poo-poo'd me a few months ago when I brought that up by saying "that would never happen, it would take an external act by a governing body to do that."
Well, Beacon Hill has a half billion of OPM tied up that says otherwise.

Can you imagine being told that you couldn't do anything but watch while your investment goes down the drain?

I'm sure thousands of former Enron employees could attest to the terrible feeling of watching their 401ks tank and being able to do nothing.
