Our founding fathers were terrorists. I am reading about the sedition acts right now- which were to stop people from printing seditious (and rather violent) material. If it is a choice between freedom and terrorism I'll take a world with terrorism in it. I'm not sure you can have freedom without terrorism. Arrest the people for their acts of terror, don't quash freedom of speech before hand in an effort to prevent terror.

So, I say arrest people for what they do, in this country, that is against the law (law that does not violate the constitution), but do not prohibit free speech in an attempt to stop violent actions.

False statements should be treated in the appropriate way, that is what the laws of liable and slander are for.
