That's exactly the response I'd expect from someone who only gets his news from the New York Times.

Have you actually listened to any of Bush's speeches about why Iraq, why now? Or Cheney's? Or Rice's? Or Blair's?

The list of reasons is very long.

I suspect that you haven't actually sat through one, you just glean the gist from commentators.

John: that's so true...The Bush Admin. keeps changing their justifications for invading Iraq and doesn't seem to apply their foreign policy evenly with all members of the so called 'axis of evil'...this provides 'the Maureen Dowd's of the world' with plenty of ammunition for their regular columns...=)

So you think the opposition is competing to be even more inconsistent in their arguments than the Bush administration? Are they winning the competition?
