Again, in 2001, Biden gave Bush the heads-up about north Korea. Bush apparently did nothing. If he didn't act on it what was the Senate supposed to do? You are trying so hard to lay this on Clinton, but it's sticking to Bush who continues to be clueless. The evidence is that although Biden addressed this to Bush in 2001, Bush was surprised by North Korea's announcement LAST WEEK!!. I reread your post. So you wanted us to suspend sending food to North Korea so that the North Koreans would have starved to death
