World Professional Wrestling

Actually, it is World Wrestling Entertainment--I think. Vince McMahon--a true entrepreneur--runs it. I have to admit, I have enjoyed many laughs watching it from time-to-time on television over the years.

Do you approve or disapprove of the way the Supreme Court is handling its job?

I have to think about this one. It is an odd question.

At least for me, if I had a web site, I wouldn't put that "disclaimer" on it.

I just realized it is not on the home page of the site. It is in the "about" section where it must be. Over the years, I have found that politics is too much of a lightning rod. I prefer to do business with liberals, conservatives, republicans, democrats, moderates, greens, etc. I have found pigs in each category and good people in each category. I don't want to upset any of them even if I have to hold my nose while dealing with them.

Myself, I am a moderate focused on the bottom line. I have a warm spot for Mr. Ford and despise Mr. Carter. The rest of the presidents have good and bad points. However, my opinion is still incomplete on Mr. Bush since he has two years left.

I thought of this a while and I am still puzzled. Here are some ideas. If we look at the decisions and opinions and their structure, I would say that the Court does a poor job. The structure of the Court's decisions and opinions need to be improved. A standard structure should be developed and adhered to. It should result in clarity and ease of reading. Additionally, it is not hard to find "gotchas" in the opinions. That is, one justice quotes another justice and ridicules the quote. I think this nonsense should be reduced. A justice can file an opinion without the occasional potshot. There is nothing wrong with disagreement as long as it fits the Court's stature. On the other hand, I think the justices do an excellent job of staying out of the limelight.
