The text that I put up was the text of the United States Supreme Court in United States v. Miller. It's been the standing opinion of the Court since 1939. You keep omitting the first clause, the Court did not. Still, my question remains, why are you so intent on abridging my rights, your rights, our rights? I've answered that serveral times. Do you have some reason why you want the people to be disarmed? I've never said that. Do you think criminals should have guns but not law abiding citizens? That's what you're asking for.
