Yes indeed. How would one NRA-member with a scope know that the guy in his sights was the sniper or another NRA-member with a scope. We could probably get Leslie Neilson to star in the movie, though.

I didn't say they needed to shoot anybody that was sitting in a white van.....but I wouldn't stop anybody from shooting a person who just killed a kid on a playground or a woman pushing a grocery cart to her car.

A little deeper thinking here would go a long way. For example...if a person were seen sticking a rifle out of a car window in the direction of a day care.....maybe he should be shot.
