WLD i was thinking the bears missing the last leg down could be a necessity to hit a final bottom. Reason, if short positions are LOW at a strong sell-off move there than is nothing to stop the move.
At a final capitulation all buyers cease, there are none; only shorts covering can hold it back. If the shorts are not their in sufficient numbers you get free-fall, except with the new rules Market will be halted at a 10% decline, so we will never have a 1987 again.Max
