As the interplay with the ACT suggests, it's about time to consider shorts. Good longs should get higher as the Dow fiddles with the ACT (SUNW has set itself up as a low risk entry again in that respect and ARTG volume today has put that stock into a very probable launch zone and ISSI is chompin' at the bit) but good shorts will now be better entries. PSFT comes to mind.
