America! There are far more than a thousand small aircrafts sleeping around airports of the shooters grounds. Why don't you guys share the skies, the altitudes; two per plane, one pilots, the other eyes, and has up to X 8 binoculars, not more. Fly slow, wait for the first shooting report, converge but respect altitudes, and share the pie. During the wait, look out for white vans or other curiously parked alone. Excellent details up to two thousand feet just with bare eyes! Airplanes below 200 HP. OK, it may only force the shooters to act at night.
