RTS, This will be a senior moment post and maybe someone can fill in the missing name that i cant seem to recall. One of the two or three head Merrill analysts, not Bernstein the bear, was quoted in the morning radio broadcast saying the market could be up for the next two years. I can picture this guy and know he is neither perma bull or perma bear but i cant remember his name or find the story. If anyone can post it, i would appreciate it. After the gloom and doom portrayed by the weekend pundits you posted here, i thought an optimistic story was warranted. But i have been so buffetted by this market and the world situation that my mind sometimes is mush. I know there a few of you reading this who would alter the last sentence to say "my mind is always mush". <gg> Mike
