Tim, hello! We are the missile threat, no one else!

I was talking about threats to the US. We are not likely to nuke ourselves. Also I was talking about potential threats which in a long enough term includes most of the world. In a shorter time frame you can get coutnries like Iraq, Iran and South Korea, and currently you have countries like China and Russia.
