SR, thanks. BTW, it doesn't take much for a stock price to improve. Sometimes an upgrade to neutral will do it. 10:53 am PT Xerox Corp upgraded at Merrill Lynch (XRX) 6.71 +0.77: -- Update -- Merrill Lynch upgrades to NEUTRAL from Sell following the co's announcement of a financing agreement with GE Capital (12:16); firm believes the financing deal will alleviate overhang on the stock from near-term funding concerns and allow the co to utilize the run off from its existing $9 bln finance receivables portfolio to pay back debt.
