I think that wars, in the last hundred years at least should not be HQ lead by aristocrats.

In all central Europecountries I can think of, armies still are.

May that's why they loose.

Wonder what makes France think the missing sharpshooter is missing in North America...??? Why not another location...England, Greece, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Israel, etc etc .....why specifically "missing in North America...."

And why did they think it was necessary to bring this up now...since the guy has been missing since August when he went on vacation, and didn't return in September...? Did they just now miss him....?
