well, you must not pay attention to market strategists, the highly paid fools who give astrology a bad name. most of these idiots try to justify today's prices (and much higher prices) based on a comparison to the 10yr Treasury. but there is no historical correlation between bond yields and stock returns--the entire Fed model is built on data mining over the last couple decades. go back farther in time and the supposed positive correlation is actually a negative correlation.

and then there's Japan, where history's lowest interest rates have not helped stocks much.
