He's going into the trenches... More than can be said for stay-at-home critics. That's the courage of one's convictions, those who do not relent, when it would be so much easier just to stay at home and whine and criticize. I can't say that of the Democratic party leadership, if you want another example. They have rolled over and begged for another cookie every time push comes to shove. Those that voted for the Iraqi bill said "We are voting our conscience!". Then changed their vote when it was time to go back to their districts and calculate old-style political pork-barrel from the admininstration. IMO both parties are fighting the last war, and will be surprised at the results in November.
