David-- My mother was visiting in Va. The 1st thing she asked when she returned home was "where is the HD home furnishing store?". She said the price and products were great and was really impressed with the lighting,, esp lamps. Not here YET!
No supplier can fill every need of every customer. Everything from price to quality, to service, & etc vary among customers-- Most likely HD & low sells more of their knockdown & house brand cabinets than they do Kraftmaid. The quality & variety (not to mention moldings & trim) of KM along with price makes it a much better deal--- but a contractor supply gives me better prices than low or hd.
