John I have to agree with you that techs are not ready for a real rally yet regardless of NT doing a 25% jig today. JDS is basically shutting down operations in Canada and NT is still living in an unreal world of what may happen in 2 years instead of today's reality. Consolidation is still on the agenda for next April and telecomm sales and earnings are looking very flat or non existent for the next two years. Definitely not reasons to buy these pups that face consolidation and low burn rate problems. Cisco and Nokia are the only two good players right now and even that can change quickly. Look at ERICY running for its life. OU
