I see from your edit you've had your initial question answered. If they can continue to extinguish debt at a substantial discount to their balance sheet price, this will improve shareholder equity and it might help to offset the burn rate. The key for VTSS is still on the demand side of the equation. A major improvement in IT spending is needed to help this company, imo.

No... typo sorry, I'm sure it made perfect sense to me as I typed it(!)... 30mm of revenue was due to early retirement of debt (that is confirmed here)

Thanks for Rocky's post, thats the 140mm- then add the 68mm buyback after the close and you are left with 190mm.

I was impressed with the qtr, sounds like they have a meaningful pipeline too, especially the 2gigabit storage area.
