It's very likely that the DNS servers ip address is assigned to you via DHCP from your sat isp. It may be mannually configured in the tcp\ip settings on your machine. I haven't worked on any satelite setups, I just know a bit about ip. Do you connect over cat5 to some sort of router type thing attached to your sat antennae? If so you may wish to find out the ip address of your sat isp and enter it manually into the ip protocol settings on your comp.
