Amazingly enough, I got the very same letter a few months ago. This guy must have bought an investment mailing list.
Opened up an account with a low commission brokerage several years ago. Next thing I know, I've got New York con artists calling my place of business offering me too good to be true deals, and talking to me by first name as though they've known me for years. Know what I told em all?...

Hi Fred. I bet you've disregarded this letter, but just in case, be careful with these kind of messages. A lot of them have gone around European countries in the last few years, same kind of messages but usually out of Nigeria. Actually, some people who had believed, got in serious trouble and some of them were even shot to death! (no kidding!).

Therefore, just ignore these letters, it's in your best interest.

I also did receive such letters in the past.

Respectfully,

Paul
