I was with a friend tonight that I hadn't seen in a while.

She was in Vancouver BC on September 11th this year with her 21 yr old daughter for a seminar. They arrived in Vancouver at around 2:00pm. As they drove the major hiways and city streets the fact that ALL of the vehicles had their headlights on struck both of them as odd. They wondered if it were a new law.....driving with ones headlights on during the day.... until she turned on the car radio and heard an announcer remind all BCers to turn their headlights on in memory of the victims of 9/11, and out of respect for the American people.

When I heard that my respect for the Canadian people increased exponentially.
