Bush now says Saddam can stay if he disarms. Bush and the gang are backtracking from their regime change policy of earlier this year by redefining "regime change" to make it meaningless -- it was a resounding disaster as a policy. Now they are saying if Saddam changes his approach to Weapons of Mass Destruction then he can stay as leader of Iraq. That is now what they are calling "regime change". They are trying to pretend the policy is still in effect by "redefining" regime change. It is a farce.
